Shipping policy
We offer free shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada for most of our products. For products with paid shipping, this is clearly marked before you pay. Usually, we offer express 7-day delivery and standard 14-day delivery after the product has been made and is ready to ship.
Please Note:
All of our products, including handmade knives and custom-made items, are crafted individually upon order. These are not mass-produced products — each item is hand-forged and custom-made especially for you.
Because of the nature of handmade craftsmanship:

Production takes between 4 to 6 weeks depending on the product and current order volume.

This waiting period is necessary to ensure you receive a unique, high-quality, and truly personal product.

By placing an order, you accept and acknowledge this production time.
We do not offer free shipping to the Rest of the World. For countries outside the US, UK, and Canada, shipping costs are paid by the customer. Shipping rates and estimated shipping times will be clearly displayed before you finalize your payment.
Once your product is completed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order. You can check your order’s tracking information on our Track Your Order page or by contacting us.
